Shucks Coffin Bay was born from Paul and Dianne Broadbridge’s love of fresh oysters, great company, and creating unforgettable experiences. As long-time locals, they’ve always been passionate about the natural beauty and world-class seafood that Coffin Bay is famous for. What started as a simple idea — bringing the freshest oysters straight from the source to people’s special occasions — quickly grew into a business that blends entertainment, storytelling, and hospitality.

From weddings and milestone celebrations to festivals and corporate functions, Paul and Dianne have built Shucks Coffin Bay around the joy of sharing. Their mission is simple: to make every event “Shucktacular” by combining premium oysters with warmth, laughter, and a true taste of the Eyre Peninsula.
